Digital Nest, established in 2011 at the heart of Hyderabad i.e. Hi-tech city, been as one of the most innovative workplace unveils the doors for its Summer Internship 2018 for the students who are young, talented, passionate with professional and entrepreneurial attitude, who can take up the challenges, whose mind is a space of protruding creative concepts and help in leveraging the company’s business.

1Sales And Operations

Sales and Operations Intern will understand the processes in an effort to increase the business results in daily front-line operations. This position will help intern face the real world sales and business skills to stand out amongst your peers!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business strategies that can scale up the business to international boundaries
  • Partner with Corporates and educational institutions for B2B sales
  • Set up Programs in universities to target undergraduates and postgraduate students
  • Draft MoU for Educational Institutions and propose the agreement proceedings
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Curating Content for websites, brochures, email marketing whenever required
  • Use productive channels viz. Affiliate Marketing and Email Marketing for lead generation campaigns
  • Manage Franchisees and propagate new ideas to increment franchisee business model
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target are hit

Digital Marketing Intern will work closely with the team, support the ongoing growth and be responsible for the growth of the company, learning what makes our trainees tick and where you can find them

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Inbound Marketing: Aggressively handle following inbound marketing channels for branding exercise and to derive sales: Copywriting, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and Google Adwords
  • Outbound Marketing: Video Promotion, Daily Newspaper Ads, Radio Ads, Hoardings
  • Researching and reporting on external opportunities
  • Outline marketing strategies to target market with marketing mix and  helping the organization create a market niche for its products or services
  • Analyze market trends with an aim of identifying unexploited or new markets for the organization's products and services
  • Build brand and brand equity. In addition, as a marketing head, you must identify whether marketing programmes are having the desired effect on maximizing brand values
  • Run campaigns using digital mode and track the campaigns results to make effective business decisions
  • Liaise with Sales Team to understand the progress on the business and accordingly amend marketing plans

3Business Development

The Business Development Intern will have the unique opportunity to help shape the marketing strategy of new program areas and campaigns and will be exposed to a higher level of responsibility than at a typical organization, taking ownership of outreach and development.

1Project Management

During the internship in Project Management, the intern will be working closely with our current Project Manager to effectively implement and evaluate events and projects. This includes the facilitation and management of the day-to-day activities of the company whilst developing new innovative methods.

  • Tracks progress against established plan
  • Manages and leads an initiative involving the project teams
  • Consults with business for resolution and track effectiveness of remedies
  • Coordinates activities of supporting project teams and internal and external partners
  • Makes decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet requirements
  • Develops class schedules, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements
2Market Research

Market Research Intern performs research and gathers data to help a company market its products or services. The Market Research Analyst works and understands, define and document the overarching business object.

Digital Nest Interns are placed in Sales and Operations, Business Development, Project Management, Market Research, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing.  Their work is core to Digital Nest and varies in scope and in length ranging from the day-to-day work of a full-time Digital Nester to a single long-term project lasting the duration of the internship.
