Digital Nest Placement Report 2026: 80 Students Placed From April To August
Summary
This report documents every placement recorded at Digital Nest School of Business between April and August 2026, listing each student by name, batch, hiring company and package. It covers 80 offers in total, split across 35 full-time roles and 45 internships, made by 49 different companies. The report breaks the data down month by month, identifies the most active hiring partners, and analyses what the salary spread means for anyone considering a digital marketing course in Hyderabad.
The report also explains why we publish the complete list rather than a selection of top packages, what the realistic salary expectation is for a fresher entering digital marketing in 2026, and how internships function as the primary entry route into the field. It compares full-time and internship pathways, examines which industries are now hiring digital marketing talent beyond agencies, and answers the questions prospective students and parents ask most often about placement outcomes, salary averages and whether a certification is worth the investment.
Introduction
Most placement pages show you the highest package and go quiet after that. You see one impressive number, no names, no list, and no way to check any of it.
This one works differently. Below are all 80 offers our students received between 1 April and 31 August 2026—every name, every company, every batch, every rupee. Nothing removed, including the modest offers.
We publish it this way because a placement claim you cannot verify is worth very little. If you are weighing up six months of your time and a course fee, you deserve the actual record rather than a marketing headline. The numbers are good in places and ordinary in others, and both are shown.
Why We Publish The Complete List
A placement statistic without underlying data is unfalsifiable. Any institute can claim a high average and no prospective student can check it.
The Problem With Highest-Package Marketing
Quoting only the top offer tells you what one exceptional student achieved, not what you should expect. In this dataset the highest package was ₹5,40,000, but only two of 35 full-time offers crossed ₹5,00,000.
The median tells a far more useful story than the maximum. Most of our full-time offers landed between ₹2,40,000 and ₹3,50,000, and that band is the honest planning figure for a fresher.
What Verifiable Data Looks Like
Every row below carries a name, a batch code and a company. That combination is checkable — you can search the company, and you can ask us to connect you with alumni from any batch listed.
We would rather you arrive with accurate expectations than enrol on an inflated promise and feel misled six months later.

Hiring stayed between 14 and 18 offers in every single month. That consistency matters more than a single strong month, because it points to a working pipeline rather than one fortunate drive.
Note on reading the tables: full-time figures are annual CTC. Internship figures are monthly stipends. Batch codes refer to the programme cohort each student completed.

What The Data Tells You
Internships Are The Main Entry Route
Forty-five of the 80 offers were internships — 56 percent of everything recorded. If you are enrolling with the expectation of a full-time salary immediately on finishing, adjust that.
The common path is an internship at ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month that converts into a full-time role once you have shown real work. Plan for that shape and the first few months will feel very different.
The Realistic Figure Is ₹3 Lakh, Not ₹5 Lakh
The ₹5,40,000 and ₹5,00,000 offers are genuine, and they are also two results out of 35. The bulk of full-time offers sat between ₹2,40,000 and ₹3,50,000.
If any institute quotes you an average well above this band for a fresher digital marketing role in Hyderabad, ask to see the list it is calculated from.
Your Batch Does Not Decide Your Outcome
Students from CDP, PGP, CGP, CMP, BC and PGDVM programmes all appear in this report. The highest package went to a CDP-33 student and the second-highest to a PGP 9,10 student.
Outcomes tracked with portfolio quality and interview preparation, not with which cohort someone happened to join.
Demand Now Sits Well Outside Agencies
The hiring list includes a hospital group, a laundry services business, two real estate developers, an edtech company and a global payments firm. These are not marketing agencies.
Companies across sectors are building in-house digital teams instead of outsourcing, and that widens the field considerably for a fresher.
What Does a Graphic Designer Do?
| Route | Typical Package | Best For | What To Expect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full-time, entry level | ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,50,000 per annum | Candidates with a strong portfolio or prior work experience | Direct hire, immediate salary, higher interview bar |
| Full-time, upper band | ₹3,96,000 – ₹5,40,000 per annum | Strong performers with specialist or technical skills | Rare — two of 35 offers in this period |
| Internship, standard | ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month | Freshers and career changers with no portfolio yet | Three to six months, conversion depends on performance |
| Internship, upper band | ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month | Candidates with demonstrable project work | Competitive, usually at larger or funded companies |
What Does a Graphic Designer Do?
Two patterns in this dataset are worth watching if you are planning your next twelve months.
In-House Teams Keep Growing
Non-agency employers made up a meaningful share of hiring here — healthcare, real estate, services and IT firms bringing digital work inside rather than outsourcing it. That trend has been building for several years and shows no sign of reversing.
For a fresher this is good news, because it means more employers and less concentration in one sector.
Portfolio Beats Certificate
The students who moved fastest into full-time roles were the ones with live campaign work, real accounts and measurable results to discuss in an interview. A certificate opens the conversation; the portfolio closes it.
We would expect this gap to widen as employers get more comfortable assessing practical work directly.
Conclusion
Eighty offers, 49 companies, five months. The record is published in full above and every line of it can be checked.
The honest summary is this: most students entered through an internship, most full-time offers landed near ₹3 lakh, and a small number did considerably better than that. Hiring was steady every month rather than concentrated in one lucky drive.
If you are deciding whether a digital marketing programme is worth it, use these figures rather than a headline package. They are the realistic version, and realistic is more useful.
